PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We are cordially giving you the information that our featured items have limited quantities. Most of the products displayed on our website. Because of the limited availability, the nature of production, technical issues, stock cannot be updated automatically. Due to all these reasons, we currently do not have the opportunity to automatically update our stock, but we are working on developing automatic stock updates. At this moment we are updating stock manually in a specific timely manner. In such cases, even the product appears on the website, the delivery may be disrupted.

PRICING POLICY

The prices displayed on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Currency (BDT). Excluding VAT and Tax. In the case of pricing mismatch for system malfunction authority reserves the right to cancel any order anytime. Please be noted, online product prices can be differing sometimes according to our promotional activities.

ORDER POLICY

Once an order is placed by the customer it will be confirmed by us within the next one working day. After that we will proceed on shipping by following our shipping policy. GOTWIN CORPORATION reserves the right to cancel the order based on product availability & in the case of advance payment customer will be refunded by following our refund policy. Once the order is confirmed then customer unable to cancel the order for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & prepaid payment orders.

SHIPPING POLICY

We have home delivery services within Dhaka city and outside Dhaka, also customers can collect the products from the nearest courier hub. Maximum delivery time is 3-5 working days within Dhaka Metropolitan and 7-10 working days outside Dhaka (Delivery time may vary according to government policies, weather calamities, unforeseen circumstances). As we engage with courier partners for product delivery, the delivery process is not entirely under our control. If the product is damaged or lost for any reason, we will take appropriate action considering the circumstances.

Cash On Delivery Policy

INSIDE DHAKA:

1. During delivery customers must have to check the products (Color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent and after that no complain will be accepted.

2. Customer can get one-time free replacement or exchange facility. After that if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.

3. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.

4. Customers will get free home delivery service on purchase of products worth Tk 1999 or more. A delivery charge of Tk 60-70 will be applicable for the purchase of products worth less than Tk 1999.

5. Delivery time: 3-5 working days.

6. Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.

7. GOTWIN CORPORATION. reserves the right to change any policy any time.

OUTSIDE DHAKA:

1. Customers must have to check the products (color, size, quality and quantity) in front of the delivery agent at the time of delivery and no complaints will be accepted.

2. Customer can get one-time free replacement or exchange facility. After that if we send the correct product and if the customer chooses to change or replace at his/her wish then the delivery charge will be applied each time.

3. No return fee will be applicable if the customer returns the product after checking the product in front of the delivery agent.

4. Customer will get home delivery in Thana level and some cases customer has to collect from Courier point.

5. Customers will get free home delivery service on purchase of products worth Tk 1999 or more.Delivery charge of Tk 120-130 is applicable for both cash on delivery (COD) and advance payment modes. (Delivery charges may be higher due to variation in product quantity and weight.)

6. Delivery time: 5-7 working days.

7. Return/Exchange will be applicable as per our replacements policy.

QUALITY & COLOR INCONSISTENCY

We always try to provide best quality products at reasonable prices to our valued customers. So, we believe customers will be satisfied with our price range and product quality. In case of unexpected quality problem of any product, we have 7 days’ exchange facility. We have tried our best to put the actual color of the products on the website and the images provided on the website are exactly the same as the actual products. Please note that due to lighting, graphics and monitor visual inconsistencies, colors may appear slightly different.

REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE:

1. If we are unable to deliver the product ordered.

2. If mistakenly we deliver different products without informing the customer.

3. If the customer has received the faulty product.

In case of above points as per the Government's Digital Policy 2011, refund will be executed within 7-10 days in case of advance payment. Refund will be applicable for online orders only.

During customer registration and placing orders generally we store customer’s basic data (Name, Mobile, email, address etc.) in our own database. We assure you that this data can only be used for our promotional purposes and we will not share any of your information with anyone without your permission.

মূল্য নির্ধারণের নীতি

অর্ডার প্লেসিং পলিসি

একজন গ্রাহক অর্ডার প্লেস করার পরবর্তী ১ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে নিশ্চিত করা হবে। এর পর আমাদের শিপিং নীতি অনুযায়ী অর্ডার এর ডেলিভারি কার্যক্রম শুরু করবো। গটউইন কর্পোরেশন পণ্যের স্টক এর উপর ভিত্তি করে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে এবং অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদানের ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে আমাদের রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতি অনুযায়ী টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। কোনো অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে গেলে, গ্রাহক ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (সিওডি) এবং পেইড অর্ডার উভয় ক্ষেত্রেই অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।

শিপিং পলিসি

ঢাকা শহরের ভিতরে এবং ঢাকার বাইরে আমাদের হোম ডেলিভারি পরিষেবা রয়েছে, এছাড়াও গ্রাহকরা নিকটস্থ কুরিয়ার হাব থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে পারবেন। ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটনের ভিতরে সর্বোচ্চ ডেলিভারি সময় ৩-৫ কর্ম দিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৭–১০ কর্ম দিবস (সরকারি নীতি, জলবায়ু বিপর্যয়, অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে)। যেহেতু আমরা পণ্য সরবরাহের জন্য কুরিয়ার পার্টনারদের সাথে যুক্ত, তাই ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণরূপে আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেই। যদি পণ্যটি কোন কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয় বা হারিয়ে যায়, আমরা পরিস্থিতি বিবেচনা করে যথাযথ পদক্ষেপ নেব।

ক্যাশ অন ও ডেলিভারি পলিসি:

ঢাকা সিটির ভিতরে:

১. ডেলিভারির সময় গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি এজেন্টের সামনে পণ্যগুলি (রঙ, আকার, গুণমান এবং পরিমাণ) যাচাই করে নিতে হবে এবং তার পরে কোন অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

২. গ্রাহক একবার বিনামূল্যে প্রতিস্থাপন বা বিনিময় সুবিধা পেতে পারেন। এর পরে আমরা যদি সঠিক পণ্য পাঠাই এবং গ্রাহক যদি নিজের ইচ্ছায় পরিবর্তন বা প্রতিস্থাপন করতে চান তবে সেক্ষেত্রে প্রতিবার ডেলিভারি চার্জ আরোপ করা হবে।

৩. গ্রাহক ডেলিভারি এজেন্ট এর সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করার পর তা ফেরত দিলে কোন রিটার্ন ফি প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

৪. গ্রাহক ১৯৯৯ টাকা বা এর বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ফ্রি হোম ডেলিভারি পরিষেবা পাবেন। ৯৯৯ টাকার কম মূল্যের পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ৬০-৭০ টাকা ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৫. ডেলিভারি সময়: ৩-৫ কর্মদিবস।

৬. আমাদের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ অনুসরণ করা হবে।

৭. গটউইন কর্পোরেশন যেকোনো সময় যে কোনো নীতি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে:

৪. গ্রাহক থানা পর্যায় পর্যন্ত হোম ডেলিভারি পাবেন এবং কিছু ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে কুরিয়ার পয়েন্ট থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

৫. গ্রাহক ১৯৯৯ টাকা বা এর বেশি মূল্যের পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ফ্রি হোম ডেলিভারি পরিষেবা পাবেন। ৯৯৯ টাকার কম মূল্যের পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০-১৩০ টাকা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট উভয় মাধ্যমের ক্ষেত্রেই প্রযোজ্য। (পণ্যের পরিমাণ এবং ওজনের তারতম্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বেশি হতে পারে।)

৬. ডেলিভারি সময়: ৫-৭ কর্মদিবস।

৭. আমাদের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট নীতি অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ অনুসরণ করা হবে।

৮. গটউইন কর্পোরেশন যেকোনো সময় যে কোনো নীতি পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

প্রোডাক্টের গুণগতমান এবং রঙের অসঙ্গতি
